The worst costumer service we have ever experienced. From the moment my husband and I walked into their showroom, we were treated as an annoyance and a bother by their kitchen designer, Darryl. He could not be bothered to stand up from his desk to welcome us. He sat on his chair and pointed to the sample cabinets and counters from his desk. He reluctantly answered a few questions about our project and when he asked what time was good to come to our house, I said 12 pm. He said “why does every customer want me to come at lunch?” Ummm. I don’t know. Maybe that’s because that’s what time works best for US. He then took it upon himself to make the time 11 am. Fine. Whatever. Needless to say he showed up at 10:40 am unannounced. He is without a doubt the worst sales person I’ve ever met. He has the personality of a rock. My 3 year old is more personable than him. Needless to say, we were happy with his estimate. I waited THREE weeks and no response to my financing question. THREE weeks later, Darryl than informed me I needed to inquire about financing....I DID, again, 3 weeks prior. One of those weeks we were waiting, he was on vacation. So, he can’t pass his work onto his boss to handle while he’s gone?? After his comment, we decided RG Miller and Mr. Darryl Krom need a lot of work on their customer service. I would not give them our hard earned money even if their cost was $10. It was quite obvious RG Miller was not eager to sell and install an entire kitchen. I can only imagine how many sales they have lost due to Mr Krom and his horrible personality and treatment of customers. We have since decided to go with another local kitchen company and we couldn’t be happier with how friendly and helpful they have been during this process! Buyer be ware!

I was given great customer service here. They had what I needed at a reasonable price.

Becareful read contract carefully had windows installed with no insulation used had I not removed trim to stain I would have not known 40 dollars and 4 hours later I completed the job I was credited 65 dollars for my troubles less than 3 percent of bill live and learn and I did never again will I be going to Miller's just SAD!!!!!!!
