Subway

The girl that did our order this evening was very rude. She kept snubbing us and rolling her eyes with everything we asked. Very unprofessional. This isn't the first time we've had bad service at the Biglerville location. We will NOT be returning.

Apparently they hire super smart people at this Subway because when I opened my cheese steak wrap it was cut in half longways like a PB & J. It was impossible to eat without a change of clothes on standby. It also tasted pretty horrible. Also tried a meatball sub and they should rename it to mysterymeat ball sub.

apparently a sign on a door saying no service without a mask but while there 2 people did not have masks and you served. please don't advertise you are protecting us as customers if you aren't going to follow you policy we will not be back.

What can I say! Subway is ALWAYS good! Maybe with more good reviews they won't close anymore places! So everyone eat more Subway!

I visited this location last night. Instantly I see the staff working and I was hesitant to go in. My last experience with the same staff members was terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to walk in.nnFirst the couple I’m front of me ordered subs and a pizza. When the employee Jackie messed up the customers pizza. She grabbed another out and THREW IT on the the display hitting other containers as well. She got smart with the customer. Her coworker apologized and said she was mad. Unacceptable!!!! She had an ATTITUDE with all the customers in the store. She then went to cut the subs. She was using the knife breaking apart the bread from cutting into it so hard. Then stabs her hand with the knife as she’s cutting. She continued to make the subs, never even attempting to change gloves wash hands etc. the young men working with her looked worried. As I explained to their staff if she doesn’t change her behavior that can get her in trouble. I was so so disappointed by how this subway is ran. Plus they ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY!nnI know the customer is supposed to always be right. However, I don’t believe that. I can say as a customer it is your JOB to be there. It is the right thing to do to treat people with respect. I will NOT be going to this subway any more.nnGet it together subway.
