Jason was great to work with!! I chose him because he know the Hanover area. He helped me get the house ready to sell, he gave me good and honest advice every step of the way. He was able to sell my house quickly and for a very good price. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We came to Jason to sell our town-home after it being on the market for 6 months with little to no interest. He gave us straight forward advice and had a realistic strategy to get it sold. We had a contract on the house in 3 months, and he took us through the process step by step. What meant the most to us was his willingness to get questions answered and respond timely when we contacted him. I don't know if selling a house ever goes perfectly, but this experience came close. My only regret is not going with Jason from the start.

Results. In the end, isn’t that what we’re seeking when we select a Realtor? Jason Forry certainly produced for us in that regard, and in a timely fashion. Properly pricing a high end home, when few local comps are available, is always a challenge. Jason was thorough in his research and helped us set a price that was market appropriate. He also quickly brought a qualified buyer to us and worked with the buyers agent to negotiate a deal that satisfied both parties.nnJason’s calm professionalism, his attention to detail, and his drive to successfully complete our real estate transaction made him a true pleasure to work with.nnIf you want results, Jason Forry is the guy to call.

If you want a realtor that gives it their all, Jason is the professional for you! We interviewed a few realtors, and Jason assured us he would get our house sold! He did that and even more. He not only guided us throughout the process, but went above and beyond with his advertising, and getting our house out there! When we had questions he was always there to answer them! His is by far one of the TOP realtors in our PA area and his numbers prove this! He also has so many connections and knowledge in the housing market whether you are looking to sell, buy, or build. If you are looking for a realtor, give him a call! You will be super happy you did!!

Our relocation to Hanover, PA went smoothly thanks to Jason! He made it a point to know exactly what type of home we wanted and then sent us many listings to consider. When we narrowed down what we wanted to see, Jason compiled an efficient itinerary to view the properties; he knows the area well. Jason replied quickly to our communications. We love the home we purchased and credit Jason with patiently helping us find it. Highly recommend Jason!
