Don't buy a house from this man. Unethical and immoral business practices. Uses bandaids to coverup issues in the homes he owns. Will sell you a home that he claims to have upgraded, Meanwhile he tucks away and hides all the issues. Flips the house and does most of the work himself, even if he's not qualified or has no prior knowledge. Does subpar work. Not a good guy, will rip you off. Beware.....
