Five Guys

Food is good but they still haven’t figured out how to do online ordering and curbside pick up in the 8 months since the pandemic started. Everyone who came after me got their order first. I waited over 10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready, which was 30 minutes after ordering. I indicated I was on my way and when I arrived. It’s hard to find good people these days but something so simple should be easily done. I’ve given them several tries over the past few months but won’t make that mistake again.

Best burger around! Always good food and good portions as well. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

I love Five Guys. But this location has the friendliest and quickest staff.

I haven’t eaten the food that we picked up so this is solely based on service.nnOrdered curbside over an hour ahead of time. Checked in and did everything we were supposed to do upon arrival so that we could stay in the car. Waited for 10 minutes and no sign of anyone. Finally walked in. They finished the food about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Additionally, they called out the order name, as if I was supposed to be in there...when it was curbside. If I hadn’t walked in, there’s no telling how much longer it would have taken.nnIf I walked in and ordered on the spot...I can handle 15 min. But when I give you an hour + head’s up because I have somewhere to be, this is not acceptable...especially for some burgers and fries.
