Lance saved me around 4k compared to other quotes by changing my attic trusses to a Carolina truss, it can't hold as much weight but that wasn't a concern for me. They made em faster than I could get my walls up and worked with me on delivering them when I got ready. One of my gable ends had a 2x4 knocked out, I called lance on his cell the weekend I was setting trusses and left a voicemail and about a month and a half later I called to ask how to tie down my gable ends down for hurricanes, he picked up n said he'd call me right back. Still waiting on that call. I would say they're great at what they do, would just be nice to have communication after you spend $5500
