I generally like this restaurant and the food, but there are service issues.nn- If I order online, from a little before noon to a bit after 1, my order is ready 10-20 minutes late, about 7 out of 10 times; so I just show up 20 minutes late to compensate, and that method works well.nn- About 3 out of 10 times I show up 20+ minutes after online order was supposed to be ready and the order was either lost or someone else picked it up. Snarf's will make me another one, but I have to wait around another 10 minutesnnThese issues are consistent and get old after a while, but the sandwich is pretty good.
Just ordered lunch and they use DoorDash to deliver, I called to get an estimated delivery time and the staff was super helpful. They even left a note on my food for the doordasher to call me when he was on his way. Definitely recommend the sandwiches!!! The best, I am addicted.
Ordered by phone, couldn’t find my order when I picked up, then I got yelled at by Nick. Terrible service. They don’t care and have 2 faced staff.nnAnd previous experiences were they messed up my order and blamed me. So this is not a 1 time event, it’s a culture for them.nnI’ll never recommend snarfs to anyone anymore.
Very tasty sandwiches...YUM.
You can't go wrong with a Snarf's sandwich! After moving away from the area, this is one of the things I long for so I always get my fix when I'm visiting. This location had great customer service!
