great location to meet with friends. will surely make a return trip. this place has a nice design. if it was closer to my home i would be here often.
Waited with hungry kids for over an HOUR for our order to only be told they didn’t have my order after I asked multiple times and they apparently just lied to me and kept saying it was coming. Staff person and manager tried to blame me for ordering from the wrong location even after I showed them the receipt showing otherwise. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before, we love Snarf’s but cannot recommend this location.
Great Covid-19 precautions! Great social distancing procedures and everyone was wearing masks.
Great sandwiches, however the last two times I’ve paid extra for avocado and they didn’t put it on. So that’s sorta lame..
I want to be nice about this review, but at this point, I'm overwhelmed. These sandwiches are not cheap & they take a long time to make; I respect that that's why I pay the inflated prices.nnI can't eat pickles. Straight up. But no matter how many times I say to NOT put pickles, they still do. Just got home with my meatball sub that was only supposed to have meat. sauce and cheese, and surely enough, there are not only pickles, but also jalapenos and onions (lots of folks are allergic to these by the way).nnI really struggle with paying $13 for a sandwich that is inedible to me because the pickles are in the cheese. Really sucks... makes me sad even. :( Please be mindfulnnIf you can - go to the Arapahoe or Pearl St. locations.
