I saw the worker cooking my food. He used his bare hands and no gloves, which is disgusting, especially during a pandemic. come on noodles, get it together.
Placed an order through Uber eats. It arrives promptly but when I open it it wasn’t what I ordered and when I called it took over 10 minutes for someone to answer and when I finally got an answer they immediately hang up on me. Not ordering from here again.
Stopped in after work and got the bbq pork mac n cheese. Almost no cheese. Literally tasted like plain macaroni. Bathrooms are a mess. Coke machines had no ice and half the drinks out. +1 star for staff.

I had a very long day today. I’m an Uber driver and deal with a lot of restaurants that have no idea what customer service means. But Jordy tonight around 9ish was awesome! I will completely admit I ordered the wrong thing it had just been that long of a day dealing with restaurants and customers all day I went back frustrated thinking that the restaurant had messed up. Jordy was so nice got my order completely fixed I obviously realized I had messed up but she didn’t question me at all. Jordy has the best customer service I’ve had in the longest time. I just wanna make sure she gets recognized for how awesome she was tonight and that I wish more of Boulder had her customer service skills!
