Was a nice place with nice people but not anymore... Druggies hanging out all around the restaurant :(
Workers were not covering their nose with their mask. Person says it falls down when she talks. She said she was the manager. They were not wearing gloves. They were not practicing social distancing. There were two people at the window within a foot of each other. The person behind was rubbing the shoulders of the cashier. I ended up throwing the food away.
Always seems pretty good. Every now and then there's a glitch with the food availability (like the tea dispenser needed resetting), but they're always upfront and friendly about it.
They definitely got rid of the rude staff, at least day shift. Nike hoodie and guy with dark shoulder length hair were extremely nice, thank you for being awesome!
I just went thru the drive thru at 5pm 11/21 now and the guy at the drive thru and his manager were rude and I could see were intentionally trying to screw up our order, he used the F word while my 5 and 6 year old kids were in the car. They started laughing once he closed the window, we had to go around second time. The guys name is Steven and Justin both should be taught customer service. I asked for receipt and they refused.
