Service Technician Greg Gonzalez came out last week to pump out the tank prior to our closing on the sale of our home. The deadline for doing so was the following Monday. The risers my husband had built last year were not installed properly, and the tank couldn't be pumped. Greg returned on Saturday, didn't charge us for coming out the first time, pumped the tank (under very muddy conditions), installed the risers, and ensured that all was in working order. Roto Rooter, and especially Greg Gonzalez, were a pleasure to deal with, and provided excellent and affordable service.

Byron said I had the worst septic tank he ever saw, and I believe it. It was bad bad. Plum full and thick. That was after he got the concrete lids off which took Herculean effort! Roto-Rooter was very prompt in coming out to fix our clog. Greg was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly before he left.
