The woman that answered the phone was absolutely​ foul mannered! I was inquiring the progress of finding the vehicle that struck me on Saturday April 29th on county road 203, after a family member found a vehicle matching the description (missing passenger side view mirror) and phoned it in. No progress on my case has been made due to the officer being 'off duty' until Saturday! I'm a mother of 4 children (14, 10, 5 & 4) and was struck from behind while walking down county road 203, by a trucks passenger side view mirror and left for dead as I was knocked unconscious and temporarily paralyzed unable to move any part of my body other than my eyes and mouth. She treated me with hostility and made me feel as if my call was a nuecens! If at all possible do not turn to state patrol but the county sheriff's department! After my experience I will never rely on this State Patrol Office again and will only​ be working with the Lieutenant Colonel also working my case. Despicable service!!!
