I was threatened by the lead in command sheriff Smith. I was a defendant in a case. I was denied all my rights. I was not allowed to give a statement. I was not allowed to present evidence. I was told that they do not care what I have to say. I have it in audio recording.nnThe accuser lied on the report. To make matters worse, the sheriff's department lied on the report. Could you believe it took me 114 days to get a copy of the report. It was lie after lie. With them. 8 have paper after paper that proves they lied.nnThen they want to act like if they are going to do the correct thing. After they already said they do not care.nnJust because I encountered a bad experience with some officers, that does not mean they are all like that.nnI'm not blaming everyone that is a law enforcement officer. I know there are some good ones. They know who I'm talking about when I say bad ones.

If you have to pay money to the Sherriff at all for any reason DO NOT give them your card number. They ran my card twice and its been over 10 days and I have not gotten my money back! Goes to show you that the people that are suppose to be upholding the law are the first ones to steal your money.
Wow! These guys will take you to jail for anything they can. I was walking to my mailbox and a sherif pulled up and started harassing me for having an open container. Next thing I know I'm in the county jail
