We had done flooding in the house to what we thought was major but after a very thorough inspection and testing the issue got resolved. We got a text stating our Service Professional was on the way then we received a phone call from him stating he was a few minutes out. Great service and we will be using them again. Top of my list!!
This is the only place in Durango that would call me back and come out. They worked with me on the price so I could get what needed to be done done. They were professional and fast working. Cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend.
James was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a difficult plumbing problem. They responded to my call right away and even moved their schedule around to make it up to fix our plumbing emergency. Also the price can't be beat, I highly recommend them.
They charge $129 to come to give you an estimate. For the work I needed done the plumber pulled out a plumbing guide and told me it would cost $600. I told him that was too much and he could leave. Then I called another plumber. He did the same work for $190. M&R thinks they have you over a barrel once they come to give you an estimate. They are taking advantage of their customers.
Canyon went above and beyond trying to find a tech support to help with our oddball instant water heater/infloor heat unit. I would recommend M&R Plumbing to anyone. You certainly get what you pay for with this company.
