Alicia and Aja are amazing. Super kind and friendly. I'm not really in to make-up or skin care, so I had a ton of basic questions. They helped me every step of the way explaining what was happening, when, and why. I has such a great experience! Thank you ladies! Can't wait to come back.

Olivia gave me an amazing hybrid lash set that I'm totally in love with! Very professional and clean establishment. I used to get my lashes done by Alicia and Courtney who are both amazing as well.

I am so happy I found Lash Brat! I have been seeing Alicia and Courtney for almost 2 years now and it has been great. They always give me great advice on lash retention, cleaning / home care. Very informative. One thing that’s super important to me is the comfort of my lashes, these ladies are great at isolating my real eyelashes when placing the extensions for my fills. Years ago when I had lash extensions (NOT from Lash Brat) I had a bad experience with clumps of eyelashes falling out and even soreness on my eyelids. This time around I have had no issues. The establishment was very clean but being that I was referred there from a friend of mines I had high exceptions plus it was my first time getting lashes on i was excited an nervous coming in the person I was referred to was polite but it was more like an I was annoying her polite seemed she really DIDNT want to get to know me just wanted to get job done she DIDNT show me any options of size I just saw her go to a room an grab lashes I showed her a picture of what I wanted an she did a quick glance an gave me the ok so I assumed that she understood that I wanted full thick an long so during the process it was just silent with the exception of a good music play list but I DIDNT want ask questions when I was done I looked at my lashes an was very disappointed it was nothing of what the picture I showed her an it was not as long as I wanted nor was it full I did ask if she could fill a little more on one eye she said no she could not because I DIDNT have enough lashes I wanted to ask more but it was clear she wanted me gone an there was another customer there ready to be seen so i graciously bowed out of this with a sad heart I paid her the 100 ud83dudcb2 an I even tip for efforts because I knew I was not coming back i was giving no instructing no options I admitly left with tears in my eyes because I felt was there something I did wrong to have this experience i called around to other lash shops because I had came all the way from Tacoma I found someone who would see me the same day when I got back to Tacoma I went to her an she then explained the difference an size an pattern options and she filled in my lashes with lengths that fixed what had been done so needless to say I will not be coming back to lash brar i hope it was not because of the color of my skin but I feel that for it to be my first time the services should have been better but sadly that did not happen and im left wondering why?

Place is super cute!! Was able to get in and get out on my lunch break!! Olivia is amazing as well! Will definitely be back!
