Tom seem very compitant and fairly nice to work with but not very patient on a commercial property manager and I'm constantly putting fires out all over the city and unfortunately had tom waiting just too long for his liking which puzzled me considering he charges hourly and I never question is rate. I'd stand around on one leg for five hours if I got paid $30 an hour to do it but like he said he just didn't need me and my fairly consistent business and that's really the story of our time isn't it the days of the customers knows best and earning a clientele Is just gone
Service person was very pleasant..he gave us options and the price was reasonable.

Woke up to a leaking hot water heater this morning and Payless was able to replace it the same day.nVery professional, courteous, careful, and did an excellent job for a good price with no additional / surprise fees. We will definitely be calling Payless again next time we need plumbing or heating work.
