Sounded like he was forced to come by to look at this plumbing issue. He was able to get out of doing any work by stating that it wasn't covered under the warranty. I told him the same issues over the phone and he said that he'd come by to fix the issues.
The most awful plumber ever. We were verbally attacked by him, he took photos of my roommate without permission, he treated us as if we were incompetent, and was rude from the second he walked in. He left by sticking his tongue out at us and slamming our door after I had to tell him to leave. A very terrible, mean, bitter, old man.
