Anerican Backflow is the best in CO! Stephen Krebs, the company's owner and operator, is the most knowledgeable, honest and hard working in the business. I strongly recommend this company!
If I could give them negative stars I would. I am in charge of getting the tests done for the company I work for and we had been using American Backflow for a while. I had called them because our district didn't get our tests and we had gotten our second and last warning before they were going to shut off our water and fine us. When I called in response to their voicemail and started talking about the issue, the woman who answered literally started yelling at me that she has been getting calls from everyone in the district about their tests not being submitted and that I need to stop calling her. I tried to explain that we were given a hard deadline, giving us only a couple days to submit the test, but she just continued to yell over me and then hung up the phone on me. I've NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone and I have been in customer service for years. I'm not sure if she is the only one in the office or if she's the receptionist, but no one should talk to their customers that way, especially when they are about to get a huge fine and their water shut off because American Backflow didn't do their job.
