We all got burgers and fries and split an order of fried pickle nickels. My burger had a good ratio of fillings, and I was glad that it was well-built and didn't fall apart as I ate it. The inside was lightly pink just as specified. Very happy with my burger! The zucchini fries were very nicely fried and tasty.
Showed up at 8:30pm and refused us service to dine in because they close at 9pm
Service was good, food was mediocre at best. I've eaten at other red robins and they were wonderful. The buns seemed soggy almost microwaved. The lettuce was wilted and the black and blue burger had hardly any seasoning.
Was alone and needed something to eat that wasn't typical fast food. Ordered for curbside pick-up. They gave me a time to arrive and had a parking area specifically designated. Staff got my food immediately and the order was correct! Used the prepaid method with credit card. Would definitely utilize curbside again.
The food was good and service was great given how busy they were. This was the first time I've ever been to a Red Robin and I was excited for the endless sides. Unfortunately, given how busy it was, I could only enjoy a few small baskets of fries. The waitress was nice also. She did her best given how busy it was.
