This is the best service I’ve received from any fast food place, ever! Everyone here is so nice. Cressa, has the BEST customer service skills. She is always so nice, helpful, friendly & thorough. This sounds weird, but I feel like she is genuinely happy to take my order. I hope she is recognized for doing such a great job.

We drive 8 miles to this Arby's we have one on s. Kipling. Lines are long and slow. This one on jewel has a line. They move it fast always great meals hot, and we always get what we order ud83dudc95ud83eudd70

Food was hot, order was complete and in general it was what I expected.nI gave 5 stars because of the customer service. They were slammed and yet when I got to the window everyone was smiling, friendly and attentive.

I like Arby's, but the line at this location lasted a long time. I can't wait for when they start allowing people into the restaurant to not only order, but to actually sit down and eat your meal. Nothing's better than being able to eat your sandwich fresh and hot right out of the kitchen, than having to take it to work and eat it slightly cooler, or having to nuke it and eat it as fast as you can before it gets harder than a rock. So hopefully we'll be able to see one another in the lobby soon.
