Taco Bell

I already didn’t have high expectations for Taco Bell so today was definitely the last straw for me. We went through the Taco Bell drive-through and we asked for 12 of those cinnamon delights but to my surprise when they gave us the Delights they were anything but, they gave them to us and they were still frozen inside so we drove back around through the drive-through obviously to avoid getting out because we did not have any mask and the dinning room was closed and at first they told us that they would remake them and that we could keep the ones that were cold but then they asked for the cold ones back and one of the guys proceeded to just eat the order we had already eaten from them in front of the window and then they gave us new ones. This might not seem like a big deal but usually in food service when something is not right They offer to correct it don’t make you give the food back now we’re not upset that we had to give her food back because we weren’t gonna eat them since they were still frozen anyway but it’s just the fact that we’re in a whole pandemic and you took food back from the car back into the kitchen and then proceeded to eat them in front of the window! very unprofessional and it makes me worried for any future cross-contamination and food prep at this establishment but then again it might be my fault for having such high standards

Quick and easy and in a good location

Normally this place is very well off, they dont normally mess my order up, but tonight (September 5th 2020) was a different story. Not only is the menu messed up having the wrong prices on things, but I even made it a point for my tacos to be Supreme. And they still gave me 2 normal doritos locos tacos. And one of them was half empty shell. I know yall can do better. Maybe its time to review the staff. Maybe my next visit will be better.

Ordered through doordash, the guy brought my food and noticed there was only one box when I had ordered two. I texted the dasher and asked, he said he told them there were two boxes but they said there wasn't so he brought me what they gave him. So I had to drive 15 minutes away to this taco bell only to not get comped for having to drive there to pick up what I had ordered to be delivered . When I called after I had went to get my box and got it, I spoke to the manager and was then again told I wasnt going to be comped. Even though I paid a 4.99 delivery fee to get it DELIVERED to my house in the first place. Good job taco bell. Also when I tried to tell you I had the receipt that read I was supposed to get two boxes you guys pushed it off like i was lying and trying to say you didnt have any doordash orders. Good job being nice to customers. Never eating at this location again.

Food was completely cold. We waited quite some time so I don’t understand how the beef they had was cold. Isn’t it precooked? Anyways listen to all the other bad reviews. And also my wife is feeling sick after eating here. Maybe I’ll put in an OSHA complaint and get a health inspection done. They’ll be shut down for sure.
