the staff was nice but it was super expensive and the sandwiches didn't have flavor
I’ve given this restaurant 3 tries and EVERY time they mess up my order... the first two times it was just the toppings. But today I ordered a #26 (chicken bacon ranch sandwich) and opened my sandwich at home to a PHILLY CHEESESTEAK ..... seriously ?!! come on guys...
This is always my go to Jersey Mike’s for more than one reason. But most importantly the customer service is always beyond amazing. But today I want to show my appreciation to David. He made my day. Just from standing in line, I watched him be so friendly with every customer and even checked on them as they walked out the door. Something I always appreciate and he just seems like a real cool dude. He should be valued very highly.. Thanks again bro!

These guys continue to kill it! I called in to order sandwiches tonight (9/13) at 8:50 PM knowing they close at 9:00 PM, and the guy on the phone was super nice and took my order with no problem. My husband picked the sandwiches up and brought them home and they are PERFECT. Thanks for always coming in clutch.
