I stopped in on January 5th for a quick wash. It was chilly outside so I was fast with a wash. When I was done and stopped the machine, my total was just under $6. However, when I checked my bank account today, I was charged $11.25, twice what I should have been charged. I would never pay $11 for a hand car wash when I could get a nice wash done that includes all the bells and whistles and dries your car. I cannot find a contact to get a refund. Utterly disgusted with this place. And the wash is mediocre. My car is not bright and shiny and it has a layer of film on it. No, I did not use the brush to scrub it, but the standard soap, rinse and spot free did not do a very good job.
This car wash is TERRIBLE! You get 2:30 minutes for $2.00, and only 20 seconds for each quarter you put in. What a rip off!!!!!
Most of the vacuums need upgrading or a good clean. The price is reasonable and the wash section is always awesome.
Quick response and doubled my money back! Pipes had frozen which noone knew until I put my money in and water started pouring out overhead. It was kind of funny.
There is a limit on how long you can wash your car, even while using a credit card. I still needed to rinse my car off and it shut down on me at the $10 mark.
