We rented a home from Marie for 18 months and did everything plus much more we were asked to do. I expected to not get my $1,500 deposit back because of the reviews and guess what? She made up receipts for lawn care and window services and then credited me $26 so that it would all equal out to my $1,500. If you do business with Park Street group and you get taken advantage of shame on you because after reading these reviews you should have been warned!

We rented a house through Park Street Group and had a very pleasant experience. Marie is all business as she should be, she is managing properties for many different property owners. As such, she sees every kind of renter and knows what kind of people end up giving her grief. As I said, our experience was good and we even got ud83dudcaf% of our deposit back. If I owned a rental property in the Chewelah area Marie would be managing it for me.
