They repaired a crack in my sewer. They completed the work as outlined in the scope. I had another home inspection that the inspector overstated the seriousness of some small roots. There were able to provide expertise in the minor flaws found and put the buyers mind at ease. Their communication on the front end was a little sparse, but they got the job done when they said they would and were still helpful after the job was complete as well.
As a part of closing on our house this year, the sewer line had to be repaired. Apex did the job. About a month after moving in, a big, deep hole appeared in our ally right where they did their work. I called and got a very friendly lady who seemed very concerned and said she would pass this on to an operations manager and asked me for pics. I sent the pictures over and month went by with no follow up. I called again and I think I got the same nice lady who seemed shocked no one had called and looked up my file. She said there were notes that said something along the lines of, the hole was already there when we did the work, so it not our job to repair it. At this point I asked to has contact directly with a manager. I was given an email and I sent my concerns to them with the pics. This time they responded back with their own pics stating that there was no hole when they finished so it’s not their problem. So which was it? There was a hole prior or not? And why does that matter at all if there is one now right next to your work? No one even asked to come look at it and assess it, in fact I don’t think anyone would have ever called me back if I didn’t follow up. I would not recommend Apex to anyone - I guess after the previous owners spent thousands of dollars I now I have to fix this myself. Not trustworthy or caring at all.
Apex Plumbing went above and beyond all expectations. In the midst of selling my 40 year old home came the bad news that the entire sewer line needed to be replaced. This meant going straight through a stand of big, beautiful 12 year old aspen trees. The Apex crew brought a smaller than usual bulldozer, specifically to do as little damage to the trees as possible. They only had to cut a couple limbs, and despite having to dig quite close to one tree, it does appear that all the trees have survived. The work was meticulous in general, the cost much lower than another bid I got. My neighbors were so impressed that several asked for the name of the company. I very highly recommend Apex Plumbing!
Apex Plumbing Is one of the very few businesses I have ever dealt with whose actual work far exceeded my expectations. When faced with a broken water main, I called Apex for the first time. They moved into action immediately. Jack the estimator was here within an hour and made a very fair and reasonable determination of the job cost. Within hours the crew lead by Cesar was on site and excavating. These men worked until 10 PM on a Friday night in order to get water back into our house. I cannot say enough good things about Apex plumbing.
Everyone at Apex was extremely nice, skillful and always on-time. Jed over-saw my job, and he did a great job. I had 2 separate repairs, and Apex got everything done including the restoration of my driveway; restoration of my landscaping (other than replanting the bushes), the concrete and the street asphalt in 2 days and at a good price too. They sent many people and vehicles, and the job was very well-organized. I had a post-work scope done, and everything was done perfectly. I'd highly recommend Jed and the team at Apex.
