They were pretty busy, but the sandwiches were pretty delicious. I love the Italian Mike's Way.

Ever since Covid, even after everything is opening back up, they have shortened their hours in the evening. We would normally go pick up our order at 8:15-8:30 and now they close at 8. It’s basically a takeout place as is so it doesn’t make sense to continue closing early. We order takeout on the regular and now have to go elsewhere. The food is usually pretty good but not sure why they would want to lose out on sales....it’s Summer and light out til 9:30 pm. Doesn’t seem like a great business decision IMO.

2 of 4 employees behind the counter had masks below their noses. Only one fixed it when I said something to the person at the register.

Lacking leadership! I was in line for at least 10 - 15 minutes all the while, 2 of the 6 employees walked around without their masks covering their noses. The individual pictured below made my sandwich and asked me about toppings. He may as well not have worn a mask at all because, as you can see from the photo, his upper lip is exposed. What’s the point of “social distancing” if this is the standard? Not to mention there were 7 people who walked in behind us; there were at least 19 people in this restaurant when businesses are limited to 10 people at a time.

Normally great. Got honey mustard instead of Dijon/spicy brown on two sandwiches which is what we requested. When I pointed this out I was told I ordered honey mustard. This is an order while you stand restaurant so easy to know I didn't. They offered to remake it but that wild meant they threw away 2 whole subs so I declined, just wish they listened properly. 1/7/20 at 1300hrs
