Thank you thank you thank you guys so much. my van was too large to make it through the drive-thru but they accommodated me. We're family of 16 and that's our only vehicle. It's a high roof 15 passenger Ford Transit van. Once again your staff was amazing everyone working in the back was amazing and I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you so much again.

I have given this place multiple chances and they always give me cold/old and wrong food. The chalupas are always rock hard, which means they have been sitting out or are over cooked. Maybe once out of ten times was my food right. I once asked for extra meat and cheese for my power bowl and all I got in my bowl was some cheese and maybe 8 pieces of chicken. They left out the rest of the power bowl all together! I have even talked to a guy on the phone who was supposed to fix this location and address the issues going on but it’s still horrible. I had told him how they never have the lights on at night and they make it seem like they are closed so they don’t have to work. And after the last time of getting food poisoning from this location you couldn’t pay me to eat here.nnIt’s sad they can’t get their act together. I own two businesses in the area and it was convenient to be able to eat here late at night and for lunch since it’s down the road. I now drive all the way to Kipling.

Unfortunately, TB fails my family every single time we visit this store. We place an order, pay for said order, but never get what we have ordered. It is infuriating to have to drive back through a long queue waiting 10+ minutes for the rest of our food because the lobby isn’t open and no one will walk the missing items out to our car. Please ensure this gets resolved a ASAP.

I ordered a chalupa and the dough was raw.I spend my hard earned money to try to get at least a decent meal, to end up eating raw food. Come on Taco bell you are not the cheapest meal in town.i just crave it some times. I think no more.

My order was accurate, hot and tasty. I only ordered what I did because TB isn't offering tostadas any more and I was in the car line. Tostadas are the reason why I drive up. No more. No reason to go.
