I have filled up my car at this Shell station for over 20 years. They're charging 80 cents more a gallon for gas then the 711 across the street. When I called this morning to question their prices, their employee verbally attacked me. I will never be back.

Pre auth your card but wont pump gas! Attended says that impossible, wont help, happened 3 times in the last year! Doesent have a number to the owner. And just shrugs his shoulders!! Stay away from this place!! Ya 3 times but like the gas, the workers are useless!!

Junk diesel for $1.00 more per gallon than any other gas station in the Denver area. Really don’t understand why their diesel is so high and mighty

Stopped to get gas put my card in , approved, won’t let me take my card out. Tell the cashier, can’t do anything. Boss has to call attendant to get card out( for some reason they don’t have access to that at the register to just unlock it) not only did I not get gas but it still tried charging me twice. Still waiting for the service to get card out and now my bank account has been put on hold and two charges have been pending so I have $0 in account and I can’t use the card. No one has attempted to make anything right, even though it’s their pump that won’t let me take my card out, no here’s a gift card for your troubles or $20 for gas or anything, 0 compensation for going on an hour of waiting because their pump broke, terrible service

They changed the mechanics of the car wash, no more $7 wash, and now $11/13 for VASTLY less of a wash. You may as well just hit your vehicle with a garden hose and drive off... I pulled out of their car wash and, for $11, my truck looked like I just drove through a rain storm. Fuel prices are typically on the higher end for the area. It's a pain getting in and out of this whole complex. As another reviewer mentioned... for 3 years I've come to this place twice a week to buy smokes and after the pleasantries I still can't buy a pack without showing ID. Not my problem... The 80's are over... I'm not here with a note from my dad. Get a grip! You can use your King Soopers fuel card here, not that I buy my fuel here... Inside... Very limited selection. I don't believe it's the friendly face you're greeted with at the root of problems. After that last car wash I'm over it. They have Blue Rhino propane tank exchange but I've got a few duds over the years.
