Where to start on how amazing the staff and service is here. The manager Josh is fair and compassionate about life that happens. These mechanic's like Paul are honest and do not make up fake problems. I have and recommended them to my coworkers and patrons in the store. Very much recommended for minor and major work. The car wash has always done great work and are very quick. If you are looking for great service, friendly people and knowledgeable professionals, this is the hidden gem to add to your circle. Good job, but forgot the wheels
Wonderful service, great employees. Everyone was friendly, and when I asked to get the oil changed and a basic tune up, in addition to a full detail, they checked everything and said a time up wasn't necessary yet. They could have done the work and charged me, but they were ethical enough not to do that. They also noticed a small chip in my windshield and fixed that. I'll definitely be back here, and I'll recommend them freely.
Josh from the service department did such an amazing job on our Ford Expedition oil change and maintenance that I decided to bring our Mercedes E-Class in for the same. With this level of service we'll be bringing all our cars in to the Wave.nnPlus....bonus...a car wash after the service!nnKeep up the great work! And please surprise Josh with a coffee!
This place does a great job of cleaning your car. From a basic wash to a complete detail in and out. I've taken a work mini van there and the cleaned it top to bottom and it was ready to sell. We take our cars there all the time. My wife's new black car had some white paint from a another car (parking lot) and the guys buffed it out, no charge. I would highly recommend The Wave.
