The red headed woman working at this subway refused to wear a mask before I made an order. I nicely asked her if she would mind putting the mask that was on her chin over her mouth/nose before making a sandwich and she refused. We left without ordering anything. There is a global pandemic and this subway doesn't care about you or your health. Avoid at all costs.

Their phone number is wrong on every webpage I've looked for. 738-3046 for anyone who needs the number. The paired Chevron gas station workers are extremely rude and unhelpful when you call the number posted all over the web. I always seem to come on their breaks.... Sandwiches are good though they are not enforcing masks.

I made a phone order today for several staff members. My Kettle Falls Subway server Nakia was wonderful. She was prompt with my order and had everyone's name on their sandwich. When I went to pick up the order she made sure I could pay and pick up without waiting for the customers who were getting their orders made.nI appreciated that the staff respected my timeline for pickup.nThank You, Subway

The server did not wash her hands, did not have on a uniform, and would not accept a subway coupon
