Started as a helper at base pay 6 years ago. I have since then nearly tripled my start pay and flew up the ranks to become a superintendent. If you show up, work hard and have a good attitude this place does notice!
I told Sam the issue with my water heater. He knew what the problem was and said he'd be out first thing in the morning to verify and tell the builders. He knew the issue wasn't with the water heater but the vent. My water heater started back working later that night so I called Sam early and he knew who I was and was happy the issue resolved itself.
I have worked alot of places and pph is the best by far. Justin takes really good care of us and treats his employees like family. I would recommend this company to any hard working guys looking for a career not just a job.
Next month will be 10 years with PPH.I have seen them go through some bad times and good times. But the thing that has always been the same is how Justin take care of his employees. He had always made sure we had work and that we were the highest paid in the trade. He doesn’t want to to just have a job but a career. This has been the best job I have ever had and I hope I’m here for another 10 years. I would highly recommend PPH anyone looking for a job
