These guys make a great sandwich. Fast service.
Don went above and beyond when I called concerning my points I hadn’t received in my app. He personally called to have them added and then called me the next day to let me know. That’s amazing customer service! We love JM and this location! Thank you so much!!
We ordered 3 sandwiches for take out at 5:50, got there at 6:10 and it was not ready until 6:30. One of the sandwiches was ordered gluten free and it was made on normal bread after I told them it was an allergy. They told us after waiting that long, not before that they had no gluten free bread. We still had to pay for the sandwich. We have eaten here before and had good service but tonight was unacceptable and very poor customer service!
