3 times in a row I've had food missing from my order. When I tried walking up to the drive through to tell them my order was missing something, they blatantly ignored me. When a car got up to the order area they immediately asked if they could help. I asked if I could potentially wait inside while they made a new item so that I could get in and out quickly. Instead they told me I needed to go through the drive through again in order to get the rest of my order. By this point there were two cars already in line to put their order in - so I had to wait until they finished ordering and received their food before I could get the rest of my meal. Because I had to wait for the two people in front of me, the food I first received wasn't warm anymore.nnI used to come to this TB because it was better than the one closer to me, but after repeatedly not getting the food I pay for, I'm not coming back to this one - at least for a little while.

Glad to know those of us that are first responders can’t eat because our trucks don’t fit in drive thru. We were told your not in a vehicle we won’t serve you. They saw us in the vehicle with lights flashing obviously we can’t use drive thru as they have a height bar we won’t fit under. Sign says drive thru and carry out available and still won’t serve us. No problem Denny’s is open to and still serving first responders. 10-23-2020 night shift
