Me and my family had the most amazing experience at this Red Robin tonight! The food was great as always but, the service was INCREDIBLE! Our food was brought to us quickly and it was hot. We never never had an empty cup, we never had to ask for more fries, Mac n’ Cheese, and side salads. The waitresses and other waiting staff were attentive and fast!
Our regular RR is temporarily closed so we tried this one. Uh oh!! This place was terrific and our new RR go-to. Fast food, hot food, nice servers, clean,, and safe. Hey, when did RR start serving pizza?? We'll have to go back and try it!
Called and placed a to-go order over the phone, got a call center... Husband drove to pick it up, and my order was entirely wrong. I ordered no chicken on my wrap and replaced the chicken with avocado. The receipt had the right order, my food... completely wrong. Chicken in the wrap, no avocado added, fries were soggy and undercooked, and I asked for extra crispy. Called the store back and talked to a manager. They remade the order, and we had to drive back to pick it up. The manager was great and accommodating, but I'm still upset they couldn't get an easy order change right. My husband's burger was entirely right and he had more modifications to his order than I did. Im only giving this location 3 stars because of the manager and her helpfulness. Everything else about it was garbage.
This particular Red Robin was in Colorado. The experience was five star. My prior visit was to a Red Robin in Las Vegas Nevada. My experience was three star. Here we are at the Red Robin in Colorado this is my son-in-law Freddy with his son Nash.
