Server Monica was excellent. Very attentive. Food was very good.
My family treated my daughter and myself to lunch 11/14. Haven't been to years and always enjoyed the place. We are both currently sick with food poisoning. As is 2 others in my family. We all had the ground beef and were all up most of the night sick. We did not consume anything else yesterday but our lunch and the leftovers for dinner. Seriously disappointed to say the least. Especially since I'm missing my shift at work today. Not sure what the hell is going on but y'all need to get it together. Definitely won't be back and will warn others to not eat here as well.
This place is awesome! Wasn’t a huge fan of OTB but I am now. Just goes to show you what having good staff can do. Asia was absolutely amazing! And the bartender Allison! Top notch! My order. Pick 2. 2 cheese enchiladas with cheese in top and black beans. I received 1 cheese and 1 chicken enchiladas with refried beans. Noted to server it’s wrong. Let me fix this. Everyone else is eating. Wait. Wait wait. Get it and I receive it correct except for the beans. Go inside ask for the manager. Finally she comes out and she already seemed upset that she was bothered. Explained everything to her and all I got was a sorry. I responded thanks for ruining my birthday dinner. Mark comes to the rescue. Apologizes for her attitude. Fixes everything. How hard is it people to try to be nice???
