I have encountered the friendliest staff at this store than any other location I have been to. I sometimes stop by during my lunch break and the two gentlemen working during the daytime always cheerfully greet me as I enter and we have a nice conversation as my sub is made.

The so called manager was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband who went in on two separate occasions. He was outside the store and refused to provide service because he was outside chatting with his friend. I asked for the number to the manager he said he was the manager. I then asked for the number to the owner of his supervisor, he then physically threatened my husband saying his friend who was armed with a gun and an ammo vest would ELIMINATE him. I'm incredibly upset about this experience. If he is in fact the manager this whole franchise is in big trouble.
