Perhaps as a business owner in a residential neighborhood you could “vacuum” out your sand traps with the loudest machine in the world after 7:00 a.m. Like how people know not to go mow their lawn at 6 AM! People are sleeping... or used to be. Thanks for your consideration in the future! Otherwise, I like this place. I was surprised to see such poor reviews, I do the hand wash and of course it works very well as you do it yourself, most of the complaints look like it’s the touchless carwash and the owners attitude. That’s unfortunate.
Car was is a rip off Coin machine takes money and doesn't qive back. Took 10$ and gave no quarters
I live in Golden and want to support local businesses. I cannot support this one any more. They treat the customers like idiots and don't care about anything but collecting their money. Who ever manages this place does not care about it. Not sure if he is an owner or an employee. Regardless, any time I have issue he scoffs and me and unapologetic. This last time their new soap stained my cloths and new shoes. He merely laughed it off and blank face stared at me. I am done.
I had a terrible experience. I felt absolutely disrespected and couldn’t get my car clean. I was double charged and give up because I was not about to spend more money here. The guy working there was incredibly rude. I will not be going back. I’ll be going up the road to a different place.
Credit card readers never work. Tried two different bays today with no luck. Why doesn't the owner take a little pride in their business and maintain the equipment. Guess I will keep going to the nicer wash just a mile up the road.
