Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We scheduled on line and were given a confirmation email saying someone would be here between 4-6. At 5:47pm we called as we had not heard from anyone. The person we were connected with at dispatch was rude, condescending and made us feel as though she really didn’t care. She said she was supposed to call us but just hadn’t gotten around to us to let us know she would be late. We asked if she could give us an idea of the time and she said no that it is a busy day. She then said you can cancel and we said maybe we would and she hung up on us. I called back and spoke with a supervisor named April and while she couldn’t give us an exact time she was willing to let us know that they were still coming out. That they would give us 30-45 minute warning so we could go run errands if needed. April then took the time to call us herself with a 30 minute window of the technician showing up. Joshua was our technician and he did a great job. He was professional courteous and friendly. I would give 5 stars if we did not have the experience with the first dispatcher. She almost cost you a customer but April and Josh made us remember why we called your company. So thank you to April and Josh for your great customer service and professionalism. Your both were great. Josh you had a long day but you still made us feel important and took your time to address our concerns.

I just purchased a property, and within the first month had two main line sewer stoppages. Luckily rotor-rooter had the 6 month guarantee so the second clog was free. Certain individuals in my house learned what not to flush down a toilet. Cody S. was my technician. He was super friendly and helpful. Rotor-rooted sent him to me for the second clog as well which was awesome because he already knew about my plumbing. He was able to make quick work of the second clog since he already knew the access points, and nuances of my home. Really great guy. If I need service again I will by name request him.

Had a water leak in our basement and they came same day to evaluate the situation and come up with a plan to fix things. It was end of day so their water mitigation team came out first thing next day to fix things, super fast and extremely professional!nnBig shoutout to Steve Reid who helped us as first time homeowners who had no idea how to handle our insurance claim. He was there every step of the way to ensure our claim was handled quickly and correctly, we would have been lost without his expert guidance.nnYou can rest assured their company will take care of you, it was an absolute blessing to have them be the people who helped fix our water damage.nnThank you so much for everything, if we ever encounter plumbing or water issues we’re 100% coming back to y’all!

Technician was extremely helpful! Both friendly and professional from the start. He even showed me what I can do myself to fix things before paying a plumber. Job was completed in 5 minutes and was respectful of the house. 10/10 would use again if I have any more plumbing issues.

We had a water leak at the curb stop and they sent a tech out named Kacee. Upon arrival he was super friendly and polite. He had inspected our situation and was very knowledgeable about what was going on. He was excellent and we can’t thank him enough
