I discovered a problem with my water heater at 1:30 this afternoon- water draining from the temperature and pressure safety valve. Called the manufacturer who referred me to the local sales rep who referred me to 5Star. At 3 this afternoon I was writing a check for the service call. Problem fixed. I am still in shock- and tremendously impressed.
