Our water heater began leaking late one night. I reached out to Bill who immediately looked up the warranty information and model number. He then sent Mark two hours after my call to our place. Mark was kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was obvious how skilled Mark was based on my observations of his work. This was my first time using Keating, and I trust them enough now to continue using them in the future.
Bill and Mark exceeded expectations with my recent work. They arrived on time, did quality work for a reasonable price, and left the area clean. I will certainly be a returning customer.

I fortunately found their sticker on my hot water heater as it was flooding my basement. I called Keating and they came out promptly. My technician Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very grateful that he did NOT tell me I needed a replacement but, instead, fixed my problem quickly and billed me fairly. I really appreciate a firm who is not out to gouge their clients and would recommend Keating highly.
