Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Pizza was good, it always is. Customer service today was seriously lacking. The lady was super rude to me because I wasn't wearing a mask. I told her it was in the car and she said she wouldn't serve me without it. Even after I told her I had a health condition she mumbled something under her breath and was just simply rude. I've been into other places that were kind in the way they requested I wear a mask, so even with a health condition, I respected their wishes and wore the mask. This lady was just rude though. I kept my distance from her and we were much farther then 6 feet apart. Maybe work on your tone... I get that the governor is requiring that we wear them but that is not my issue here. My issue is the way I was treated simply because I forgot the dumb thing. Kindness goes a long ways...

I've always liked Papa Murphy's pizza in other towns I've lived, and this one is just as good. I love that they're not stingy with their toppings. It is very seldom that they get my order wrong (and I always make a few changes to their original pizzas), but to err is human. So, on the very few occasions they make a mistake I can make an exception and only dock them one star. Still a great place to eat.

What Delicious and Freshly Made Pizza they Make Here!nCustomers walk-in and It's Shiny Clean & Air Conditioned. The Employees Greet you with a Smile and they are very Patient. Everyone was Masked-up AND they brought my Pizza out to my Vehicle, when it was done.nThank you Papa Murphy's!

Have never taken out on the workers for having to wear a mask. BUT you need to tell your employees to stop threatening customers with being fined $10,000 for not wearing one in papa murphy's. Read, and be informed BEFORE responding to customers. You CAN NOT be fined for not wearing a mask. It is NOT a law. Inslee has already stated in court that he can not enforce it. You can also tell your employees to stop being so rude about it, we werent rude. Just forgot them in the car.

Go hear you definitely need to get the cowboy pizza it's one of the best you take home and bake very simple very good pizza
