My burrito was cold didn't know until I was back on freeway

Staff was very unprofessional. Didnt get any of my food right. Wanted extra spicy ranch .. paid for it but got nothing. Ordered 3 soft taco supreme and got a burrito of some sort and a hard taco. Tried to call to get problem fixed but no one will ever answer . I guess i just wasted $25.00. This taco bell needs serious help.
Where do you start. The previous reviews are correct. Slow service even worse when they are moving extra slow and forget food. This particular Taco Bell wasn't allowing people inside so having yo ho back through the drive through and seeing a man not wearing a mask asking for our order.nnAfter that our food is now soggy and cold. No postive feedback this place. New mamangement or a training class might be helpful.
Food and service are consistent and good which is always a pleasant surprise compared to other taco bells. But they seem to have a constant issue with their POS system. One day the system will be down and they're taking cash only. And sometimes it's cash only with exact change.
