If I could give them zero stars I would. I put in the correct information and now they’re telling me the background report was sent to the wrong agency and will refuse to refund me due to the fact I “received” the service I paid for totally unprofessional.

They told me that they could not help me with a cyber crime, bc they do not help people or citizens off the street. They only do investigations for other law enforcement agencies.

Spoke with 2 people and both acted like I spit in their coffee. Extremely unprofessional and will cut you off when you're trying to explain your reason for calling. Had to call back multiple times because they transferred me to the wrong area. They then acted like it was my fault and even though THEY didn't listen. Still don't have the information I need.
