Tipping Hat, specifically Jessica, Sean, Tyler and Dustin were an awesome crew from start to finish in our recent project. We had them out to replace and install a water heater and furnace. From the get go, this crew was knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Install went smoothly and I *so appreciated* that everyone showed up in masks, gloves and booties. They told us what they were up to at times throughout the day and made us feel comfortable with everything. Dustin and Jessica even helped to quickly resolve the pilot light going out (oddly) a bit later in the evening after hours so that we didn't have to wait until the morning and could keep our bedtime routines going strong. I loved working with Tipping Hat and would strongly recommend their service!
Installed a new Furnace/AC combo and did a wonderful job. They put in a high quality system with all the “extras” as part of the standard package. After many hours of research and 5 different bids it was a logical choice to hire Sean,Chappy,Diane, James and the rest of this excellent team. Their financing program is the only choice at zero % interest. This company is rated # 1 in the Denver Metro Area and I can see for myself why they are so deserving of the top spot.
I haven't contacted TIpping Hat yet to do the work they gave me an estimate on but, I am SO impressed with the manner in which they treat their potential customers and the professional manner in which they present their company. When Billy came to give me an estimate, Tipping Hat emailed me to inform me of who would be coming to my house so I would be able to identify their representative when he came to my door. This included a picture of their representative. Billy was timely, respectful, and got right down to business. shortly after he left I received an email from him that not only included a price quote, but the Tipping Hat guarantee and their commitment of quality to their customers. They also sent pictures of the items they reviewed which ensured me that Billy really looked thoroughly at what needed to be done. A class A act that goes above and beyond just tossing a quote to a potential customer. I'm confident their work will be just as good as their presentation. I look forward to doing business with such a customer oriented company.
I needed a pipe and faucet replaced on the outside of my house. Gary is thoughtful, professional and helpful. He explained the reason for the leak, checked out other outdoor faucets and gave a report, replaced the pipe and then demonstrated how to use the new set up and how to drain it for winter. What I appreciate is Gary's professional and personable demeanor. He said what he likes about being a plumber is being able to help people out! Pricing was also fair. Definitely recommend!
When our furnace died most companies were booked out a month, but Tipping Hat was able to come the same day and take a look. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. The furnace ultimately had to be replaced due to the age of the unit and James and Sean did an amazing job installing the new unit in a tricky crawl space. We would definitely recommend them to anyone because of their professionalism and quality work. They definitely exceeded our expectations and thanks to them we have a warm house again!
