Dan with Key Plumbing Solutions has been great to work with. He has done many jobs for me and will continue to service all of my plumbing needs. He does a terrific job, he is quick, he is honest and he explains what he plans on doing before he does it. He is clean and precise and gives a great service. In my opinion, as far as plumbers are involved, he gives a different look on what plumbers usually are. I would recommend him to anyone that I know looking for plumbing services.
I had Bill come by to install a faucet in my home when I first bought it. He did a fantastic job, and four years later I still love my sink. It's never leaked or corroded. I appreciate that he used a quality product and was very fair with his pricing. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.nI like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent.nIf you want it done right the first time, don't mess around. Call Bill.
I awoke last week to find that my hot water heater was not staying lit. Dan Erck was my plumber and spent a couple hours cleaning and fixing my problem to get the water heater working again at a very affordable and reasonable price. When the issue happened again, he came back over to get it working again without charging me a second time. He recommended looking into getting a new water heater in the future. We decided that given the age of the water heater that it was time to address the problem once and for all. Within 3 hours, we had a brand new water heater installed and all of our problems were solved. Great price, great service, and great at addressing our needs quickly. Can't say enough good about Key Plumbing Solutions.
I would like to give a review based on service but this company is impossible to contact. They never answer their phone and their website goes to an Online Pharmacy.
