Can't say enough about how helpful A-Value has been. We own an older home and Terry is always punctual, honest and professional. Also really appreciate them always squeezing me in when I have a problem.
Were able to come out right away. They did a great job for a reasonable price. Would recomend to anyone.
Overall great experience. I got two estimates from other companies in 2015 when the boiler started showing signs that it has to be replaced. Of course I waited until my basement actually was flooded ;-). Terry from A-Value plumbing was the only one able to assist immediately. Terry was punctually, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost of the emergency service was well below the estimates I received earlier.nnWork performed:nRemove a damaged hot water heater.nReplace with a new hot water heater.nInstall a new shutoff valve.nChanges in plumbing and venting.nService existing hot water boiler.

Would not recommend them at all. Overcharged us!! Installed a shower pan and new shower head as part of a remodel and we have lukewarm water for the shower. When I called them to come and fix what they messed up he wanted to charge us to come out again and fix it. Hung up on me when I got upset with him.
