What a surprise, this is a hidden gem! Paths are available so a great place to take a brisk walk. Benches to sit and enjoy the view, the lake/pond etc. Actual buildings moved to the site with information, concerts too! Love that it's free and open year round!

Very nice early morning walk among the beautiful lakes and paths. There is a bird viewing deck along the way, so serene!

Beautifully spacious! A good park near the hills. A good spot to chill and enjoy the landscaped vistas

I've been to a handful of concerts and events like the recycling fair etc. here. It's a great location - not just because it's in my neighborhood, but also because there's many other parks and schools etc. nearby as well as all the government buildings, making it a central location. I have enjoyed all the events and the history of the facilities, though small, is cool. The outdoor ampitheatre is a great place to see concerts in the summer, and often during events the park is putting on as well. There's a small restaurant and a few other recently added shops.nnI'm not sure if the trails at the back of the park that lead to the walking and horse riding trails are considered part of this same park or a separate one. Either way, they are gorgeous. You would never know it but there's a lake right about .5-.75 miles down the trail. I love horseback riding and though I don't own any horses anymore I may have to look into a trail riding company just to ride those trails sometime, the scenery is serene and breathtaking, and pops up around a corner out of nowhere. The trails go for quite a long ways I believe. My partner and I saw doves, a massive turtle (like 50-60lbs!), rabbits, wonderful water/fish eating birds, and more. Definitely will be returning!
