The service is always slow and they underestimate how long it actually takes to make a pizza. Plus, they got rid of their reward system. The bright spot is there $10 Tuesdays.
The only reason this has a one star is because I cannot do 0. My wife and I were Papa Murphy's GM's for years in the past and were so disappointed We had to say something. We have been here a few times each were a disappointment but it was close to home, but tonight was the last straw. We will go out of our way to go somewhere else moving forward. The pizzas were made wrong, no top cheese, missing toppings and poor distribution. They were out of thin crust at 5 on a Thursday. Staff was not in proper uniforms (no hats not aprons) the guy at the counter was wearing a du-rag. The floors were a disgusting mess that you could see from the outside through the windows. They were not even busy!Would not recommend in any way shape or form.
I placed a large order over the weekend and was very impressed by the level of service. Carlos and Leslie were wonderful to work with. I ended up calling in because I was frustrated with the online ordering system and they got it done quickly and made a few small adjustments to make my order perfect. I'll definitely come back soon!
Great pizza at a great price, this cook at home pizza is hot and delicious. Nice store, clean and bright with friendly staff. Super thin crust tastes good and makes for short cook times and a perfectly crisp crust. Highly recommended restaurant.
The staff is awesome!! very friendly and kindnalways gets our order right
