My first time getting food there on the recommendation of a friend. Figured with Covid ordering online was the best option. Made my order, which was convenient enough. When I got there I was able to go in and get it. They had half of my order in their system. Had to show them on my phone what I ordered and more importantly WHAT I WAS CHARGED.nnThe staff was nice and they aren't to blame, but notified me that I had to contact the vendor on a refund or to straighten out my order. I was having none of that. I bought food through them and wanted my food or my refund. They honored it and then I found out I paid about $6 more for the privilege of buying their product online vs walking in.nnWhat should have been convenient, turned out to be a pain and I was able to spend $29 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips which would have been $23. The food was fine but there are much better ones around town for less. 2 stars because the food didn't suck.nnOne and done for me. I won't be back. Hopefully ownership reads reviews.

Awesome and friendly staff! Very responsible with catering to Gluten Free diet, especially using a separate cutting board, knife AND changing gloves without even asking! Major kudos to this responsible and respectful behavior!nThey have Udis GF sub bread and it’s amazing! Fresh cut meats and fresh toppings, I like “Mike’s Way” the best! I highly recommend the Cold Italian!

I come here consistantly and typically get the giant number 8 (best value). Today I was force to wait outside because I didn't have a mask/muzzle on my face. It's usually not a problem when I come in so I cancled my order and left.. I'm baffled that corporate Forces their employees to Make people wait outside! I'm not a dog. Not coming back until restrictions are lifted. Shame as this is my fave sub place and I always tip well for friendly service

Good food as usual, but one of the workers making the sandwiches had her mask hanging completely off her face, mouth and nose both fully exposed. I’d recommend not coming to this location if you’re concerned about exposure to Covid.
