Best haircut ever, friendly service.

I made an appointment for my son using smartstyles website. My son and I arrived on time for our appointment. When I let the woman know that we had an appointment for 1:30 she proceeded to argue with me and tell me it wasnt until 2 pm. Plus the stylist I had the appointment with had already left for the day. I showed the woman my booking conformation via my phone. All she did was repeat what she had already said about that coworker leaving. There was never once an apology for her misinformation or how she handled the situation. I wont ever book anything with them again.

I have been going to this salon for several years. I always see the same little lady and usually only ask for a trim. However, I went in over three weeks ago for a change, I wanted to go short (after a long few years it was time to refresh and get rid of the old) I asked for an inverted A-line and got layers? I called back the next day and explained this cut is nothing like the picture I showed, she told me to come back and she would fix it.AfterI get to the chair and sit she starts cutting only the back shorter and uneven. Still not at all what I asked for. Today I drove to Spokane to have my hair done properly and they couldn't believe how uneven and ad she cut my hair with two trys. Save yourself don't let the small blondish grey haired devorced lady touch your hair.

Brought my niece in to get her hair cut and the woman did a great job! My only issue was her attitude, she acted as though she didn't want to be there. It definitely made us feel like we were inconveniences.

Just relocated to this area and found this location online. Customer service is excellent, shop was neat and welcoming. My hairdresser, Cassie, did an amazing job! She discussed my hair and expectations, and made sure what our mutual goal was prior to start. Result : My lovely haircut/style! She is my new, go-to hair specialist! - Betty in Colville
